Transactional legal work and litigation are all too often seen as distinct from each other.  We see transactional legal work and litigation as two sides of the same coin.  

Our principal spent several years practising predominantly in commercial litigation before the higher courts.   The combination of her experience in litigation and transactional or general legal work enhances legal practice in both areas.

Litigation or dispute resolution is expensive and time consuming.  There is an old saying in law that cases are won in the preparation.  Preparation is key to improve the prospects of an early resolution or prospects of litigation.
